Refund policy

Athletes have the option to protect fees for unforeseen and outside of control cancellations.

Online payments related to cancelled and rescheduled events; e.g. registrations, donations and purchases are outlined and governed by the Terms of Service and Returns & Refunds policies. These payments are non-refundable and at the discretion of the event organiser.

Circumstances beyond the control of athletes and organisers will be refunded as follows:
- For refunds related to cancelled events, we will contact you and issue a refund automatically.
- For refunds related to rescheduled events, we will contact you with the new date and time ASAP. In case you can't make the event, refunds will be done upon request.
- Store purchases are excluded from refunds.
- All refunds are subject to a 15% administration fee.

Race number and race pack collection from Hopasports Office, Shop 1 & 2, Dubai Autodrome Retail Plaza, Motor City ONLY.

Race packs will NOT be taken to the start line, so please ensure you collect prior to race day. ONLY International or participants living outside of Dubai can request race day pick-up upon registration.

Your race pack contains your shirt, race bib and other goodies.

As per precautionary measures issued by the authorities, all athletes and spectators, over the age of 16, should have fully completed both COVID-19 vaccination doses 14 days before taking part in the event. COVID negative PCR test not exceeding 48 hours and Full Vaccination proof (Card or Al Hosn app) are required to be presented upon race pack collection. Furthermore, adherence to 2 meter social distancing rules and wearing a mask at all times (unless engaged in a sports activity).
