Refund policy

Fees are non-refundable.

If an athlete is unable to participate on race day for any reason:
- A refund of the race entry fee is available up to 7 days before the event (a 10% administration fee applies).  
- Alternatively, before registration closes, an athlete may change race category or transfer their entry to another athlete (subject to our Terms of Service and the prevailing registration fee at the time of transfer).  

Refund policy for event changes:
- Cancelled events: You’ll be contacted and refunded automatically.  
- Rescheduled events: We’ll notify you of the new date and time. If you’re unable to attend, refunds are available upon request.  
- Store purchases: These are non-refundable.  

Note: All refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee.

Participation in 6 cool ladies-only challenges, every battle is done by 4 ladies in the Pink Ladies Games. Games will be announced 2 weeks before the event, but are accessible to all fitness levels.
