Welcome to the fully-supported 10k, 21k and 60km ultra trail run adventure that will start and finish at the same location – just 1.15hr from Dubai.
A trail run along jeep tracks, goat trails, through boulder ravines and over spectacular mountain passes of the UAE with and elevation profile of approx 1000m in total! It is a tough challenge and requires training, but a generous cut-off time of 11 hrs to finish allows most physically fit, determined and well-prepared runners to get to the finish. There are no hotels close by, so your choice is to camp the night before, or drive up early morning.
The start and finish are at the same point, so you can leave your vehicle safely here for your return home.
As per precautionary measures issued by the authorities; all athletes and spectators, over the age of 16, should have fully completed both COVID-19 vaccination doses 14 days before taking part in the event. Furthermore adherence to 2 meter social distancing rules and wearing a mask at all times (unless engaged in a sports activity). For venue admission, kindly present the ALHOSN app or vaccination card.

Athletes have the option to protect fees for unforeseen and outside of control cancellations.Online payments related to cancelled and rescheduled events; e.g. registrations, donations and purchases are outlined and governed by the Terms of Service and Returns & Refunds policies.
These payments are non-refundable and at the discretion of the event organiser.
The current extraordinary circumstances are beyond control of athletes and organisers. Therefore this event is subject to refunds as follows:
- For refunds related to cancelled events, we will contact you and issue a refund automatically.
- For refunds related to rescheduled events, we will contact you with the new date and time ASAP. In case you can't make the event, refunds will be done upon request.
- Store purchases are excluded from refunds.
- All refunds are subject to a 15% administration fee.
