Refund policy

Fees are non-refundable.

All entry fees are non-refundable and at the discretion of the event organiser.

If the athlete is unable to run on race day due to any reason:
- the athlete can get refund of the race entry before November 30, 2025 (subject to 25% administration fee); or
- the athlete can transfer the race entry to a fellow athlete before December 31, 2025 (subject to the prevailing registration fee on the day of transfer); or
- the athlete can collect the race pack when distributed, run the event virtually (before March 15, 2026) and collect their medal from the organisers.

Further this event is subject to refunds as follows:
- For refunds related to cancelled events, we will contact you and issue a refund automatically.
- For refunds related to rescheduled events, we will contact you with the new date and time ASAP. In case you can't make the event, refunds will be done upon request.
- Store purchases are excluded from refunds.
- All refunds are subject to a 25% administration fee.

Race pack collection

You will be notified via email (one week prior to race date) from the organisers of when and where to go to collect your (full) Race Pack in Dubai before the event. Packs will not be distributed after the distribution dates/times. Packs will NOT be taken to the start line, so please ensure you collect prior to race day.
