Join us in the spectacular Gorges du Verdon in the Grand Canyon of Europe. A unique site located in Haute Provence – just two hours away from the Côte d’Azur, Nice, France. Scattered with vineyards and fragrant lavender fields, activities are centred around enjoying stunning scenery and breathtaking panoramas, cold water therapy and an opportunity to work on your fitness, mobility and nutrition in a supportive environment. You can expect yoga every day with our dedicated yoga instructor Aparagita Ghose, as well as to hike, kayak, swim and work on core strength and flexibility, as well as learn the basics of trail running if you are keen.

A region blessed with a thousand colours and perfumes, you are close to the emerald lake of Sainte-Croix where water activities are endless, with lots of opportunity to take a break and sample some of the local flavours of the region in the historic and quaint villages dotted along the way.

Join us at our mountain home away from home for a female-only week of well-balanced and nutritious food and drinks, good company and a variety of activities in the mountains.
