Event description
Create more awareness for the environment and join us on Wednesday 13th March for the Night Run at Al Marmoom Desert Conservation Reserve.
The Al Marmoom Desert Conservation Reserve is the first unfenced nature conservation reserve in the UAE and you too can enjoy its majestic charm at night by taking part in our runs.
Run 2.5km, 5km or 10km along the lakes and forests which spans more than 40 hectares of shrub land. The reserve is home to more than 204 species of native birds, 158 species of migratory birds, and 10km of lakes, encompassing the Al Qudra Lakes.
The run supports the EEG, an NGO dedicated to protecting the environment through the means of education, action programmes and community involvement.
Run with your friends, beat your PB or just test your fitness. But remember, this is a run, not race.
