At Swimclinics we are always trying to improve swimming techniques. Do you want to learn new exercises and learn from Olympians?
In short: we develop swimming clinics to increase swimming technique. We want to promote the sport and boost performances. This is what we have developed for you:
Triathlon clinic
Swimming is a highly technical sport. There are dozens of drills that will make you a better swimmer. In this clinic, we will focus on freestyle technique. We will explain and show different rotation, breath and recovery drills. We will watch every participant above and under water and will provide personal tips and drills.
Dive starts, relay takeovers, turns and finishes clinic
In this clinic, we will focus on dive starts, relay takeovers, turns and finishes. We will start the clinic with a short specific drylands warmup. After that warmup, we will show and explain the best dive and turn technique. We end the clinic with a couple of finish examples. We will watch every participant above and under water and will provide personal tips and drills for each of them.
Personal feedback
We want to give personal feedback to every swimmer, so group size is limited to 20 participants.
Video analysis
We are offering video analysis as well. We will conduct the video recording in one lane while the rest of the swimmers participate in the clinic. We will send all video and a document with personalised drills and tips within a week after the clinic. This way the swimmer can see what they could improve.
