Refund policy

Fees are non-refundable.

If an athlete is unable to participate on race day for any reason:
- A refund of the race entry fee is available up to 7 days before the event (a 10% administration fee applies).
- Alternatively, before registration closes, an athlete may change race category or transfer their entry to another athlete (subject to our Terms of Service and the prevailing registration fee at the time of transfer).

Refund policy for event changes:
- Cancelled events: You’ll be contacted and refunded automatically.
- Rescheduled events: We’ll notify you of the new date and time. If you’re unable to attend, refunds are available upon request.
- Store purchases: These are non-refundable.

Note: All refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee.

Dedicated hydration station near the course. In order to avoid slippage, no bottles and liquids allowed on the course.

Highlights

All Participants must wear their race bib numbers in front. All participants must attach their race bib numbers to the front of the bikes. All participants must wear a helmet; participation without one is not permitted. Only mountain bikes may be used; road bikes, gravel bikes, e-bikes, and any other types are not allowed. Always follow the volunteer directions along the route to ensure safety. This is a CHIP time-based. All participants must wear the timing chip on the ankle.
