Refund policy

Fees are non-refundable.

If an athlete is unable to participate on match day for any reason:
- A refund of the match entry fee is available up to 15 days before the event (a 10% administration fee applies).  
- Alternatively, before registration closes, an athlete may transfer their entry to another athlete (subject to our Terms of Service and the prevailing registration fee at the time of transfer).  

Refund policy for event changes:
- Cancelled events: You’ll be contacted and refunded automatically.  
- Rescheduled events: We’ll notify you of the new date and time. If you’re unable to attend, refunds are available upon request.  
- Store purchases: These are non-refundable.  

Note: All refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee.
