HER Padel Series — Ladies Open C Tournament
Presented by Padel Kingdom
Find your partner and join us for an afternoon of competitive padel, community and connection at Padel Kingdom Dubai. This one-day, women-only tournament welcomes Category C teams from across the GCC to compete for the title in a private setting closed to men.

Cash Prize Pool
A cash prize pool will be up for grabs! The total amount and prize breakdown will be announced after registration closes.
Tournament Format
Teams begin in groups of three, with each team scheduled to play two group matches. The top two teams from each group advance to the main knockout, progressing through the Round of 16, quarterfinals, semifinals and final.
Group matches use a fast set to four games, with golden point at deuce and a tiebreak at 3–3. Knockout matches use one set to six games, with golden point at deuce and a tiebreak at 6–6. There is no consolation competition.
The final draw and schedule will be shared before the event. The format may be adjusted depending on the final number of entries.
Who Can Enter
The tournament is open to women aged 18 and above who meet Category C eligibility. Players above Category C are not eligible.
Each team may include a maximum of one female coach as a playing teammate, provided she meets the same Category C standard. Coaching status must be declared during registration. All players remain subject to eligibility assessment by tournament officials.
Team Registration
Register as a team of two and provide both players’ details. No substitutes or player replacements are permitted, so please ensure both teammates are available for the tournament.
Please arrive in time to complete check-in and the briefing before play begins at 2:30 pm. Reporting times will be confirmed with the final schedule.

- Fees are non-refundable.If an athlete is unable to participate on game day for any reason:
- A refund of the team entry fee is available up to 7 days before the event (a 10% administration fee applies).
- Alternatively, before registration closes, an athlete may transfer their entry to another athlete (subject to our Terms of Service and the prevailing registration fee at the time of transfer).
Refund policy for event changes:
- Cancelled events: You’ll be contacted and refunded automatically.
- Rescheduled events: We’ll notify you of the new date and time. If you’re unable to attend, refunds are available upon request.
- Store purchases: These are non-refundable.
Note: All refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee.
