Fees are non-refundable.

If an athlete is unable to participate on race day for any reason:
- A refund of the race entry fee is available up to 7 days before the event (a 10% administration fee applies).
- Alternatively, before registration closes, an athlete may change race category or transfer their entry to another athlete (subject to our Terms of Service and the prevailing registration fee at the time of transfer).

Refund policy for event changes:
- Cancelled events: You’ll be contacted and refunded automatically.
- Rescheduled events: We’ll notify you of the new date and time. If you’re unable to attend, refunds are available upon request.
- Store purchases: These are non-refundable.

Note: All refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee.

Highlights

All runners must wear race bib numbers in front. Always follow the volunteer directions along the route to ensure safety. This is a gun-shot time-based race with a mass start for each distance. The winner is the participant who crosses the finish line first. There is only one water station at the starting area. The race route is about 1 km. 4 km runners need to complete 4 laps, and 8 km runners need to complete 8 laps. Counting laps is the participant's OWN responsibility, if the number of laps is less than required in each distance, the participant will be disqualified.
