The CycleAgainstCancer Women’s Community Ride is a charity-focused cycling event created to bring women cyclists together in support of CycleAgainstCancer (CaC).
This ride forms part of the wider CaC challenge. A 3,300-kilometre charitable endurance cycling expedition from Barcelona to Paris, beginning on 1 July 2026. The initiative will bring together 14 riders for a three-week journey across Spain and France to raise awareness and vital funds for Al Jalila Foundation. The team will be riding from city to city on public roads while managing the physical, logistical, and mental demands of sustained long-distance cycling. The challenge is a fully private and independent charitable initiative organised exclusively by CaC to raise awareness and vital funds to support Al Jalila Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Dubai Health.
The CaC mission is brought to life locally by Carolina Karlsson, ultra-endurance cyclist and CaC rider, who is leading this community kickoff ride to unite cyclists around a shared purpose: We ride for those who can’t.
This ride is 4 loops and designed to encourage female participation, strengthen the women’s cycling community, and expand CycleAgainstCancer’s reach, all while riding for a cause bigger than ourselves.
Join us at Nad Al Sheba Cycling Track on 9 April 2026 for a meaningful community ride focused not on speed but on connection, inclusion, and purpose.

Optional coffee stop in the loop after the ride (not included)
No one is expected to pace or do turns at the front, unless they want to. This ride is not about speed; it’s about community, purpose, and riding together for a cause bigger than ourselves.
