Our swim workshop aims to provide novice triathletes with the skills and confidence to take on the open water. Although taking place in a pool; the session will include drills that are triathlon specific and applicable to open water swimming.
This workshop is a perfect match for those who participate in the Dubai Women's Triathlon 2022 on October 2nd.
This 4 hour session will include:
- Water instruction and technique assessment (25m pool)
- Drills and training sets
- Theory and dry-land work within state of the art studio
