Refund policy

Fees are non-refundable.

If an athlete is unable to participate on race day for any reason:
- A refund of the race entry fee is available up to 7 days before the event (a 10% administration fee applies).
- Alternatively, before registration closes, an athlete may change race category or transfer their entry to another athlete (subject to our Terms of Service and the prevailing registration fee at the time of transfer).

Refund policy for event changes:
- Cancelled events: You’ll be contacted and refunded automatically.
- Rescheduled events: We’ll notify you of the new date and time. If you’re unable to attend, refunds are available upon request.
- Store purchases: These are non-refundable.

Note: All refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee.

All participants must comply with the following: • Wearing a certified cycling at all times is mandatory. • Wearing appropriate and safe sportswear (professional cycling kit recommended). • Using a bicycle in excellent mechanical condition (functional brakes, proper tires, no defects). • The use of headphones or any device that reduces awareness is strictly prohibited. • The use of mobile phones during the race is strictly prohibited. • Participants are fully responsible for the maintenance and inspection of their bicycles prior to the race. • The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal equipment. • Any mechanical failure during the race is the sole responsibility of the participant.
