If an athlete is unable to participate on race day for any reason:
- A refund of the race entry fee is available up to 5 days before the event (a 10% administration fee applies).
- Alternatively, before registration closes, an athlete may change race category or transfer their entry to another athlete (subject to our Terms of Service and the prevailing registration fee at the time of transfer).

Refund policy for event changes:
- Cancelled events: You’ll be contacted and refunded automatically.
- Rescheduled events: We’ll notify you of the new date and time. If you’re unable to attend, refunds are available upon request.
- Store purchases: These are non-refundable.

Note: All refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee.

PACK COLLECTION ON THE RACE DAY
Race Check in opens at 5:30 am and your race pack consisting of swim cap, towel, bib and bike number & timing chip will be allocated on the bike rack at the transition area.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST HAND BACK YOUR TIMING CHIP AND BAND AT THE END OF THE RACE. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY LOSS OF YOUR TIMING CHIP AED300.00
