Refund policy

Fees are non-refundable.

If an athlete is unable to participate on race day for any reason:
- A refund of the race entry fee is available up to 7 days before the event (a 10% administration fee applies).  
- Alternatively, before registration closes, an athlete may change race category or transfer their entry to another athlete (subject to our Terms of Service and the prevailing registration fee at the time of transfer).  

Refund policy for event changes:
- Cancelled events: You’ll be contacted and refunded automatically.  
- Rescheduled events: We’ll notify you of the new date and time. If you’re unable to attend, refunds are available upon request.  
- Store purchases: These are non-refundable.  

Note: All refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee.

No race pack collection on Race Day.

Water stations are located on the run course at the 2.5km points.

Highlights

The Super Sprint swim will start at 7.15 am. The Sprint (8.30 am). Elites will race at 11am. Race Village will be open from Saturday for registration and visit vendors.

Spectators are encouraged to watch the athletes from grandstand and spectator marked areas along the course.
