Event description
This course is perfect for beginners to trail running! Come join in the fun and friendly trail running community!
The single stage 10k, 20k or 30k trail run in the dark will start and finish at Wadi Showka on September 17th 2022.
The course is 100% gravel jeep track and rocky wadi bed with short sharp climbs and undulations. The course will be marked with light reflective material for navigation - so you need a torch!
As per precautionary measures issued by the authorities; all athletes and spectators, over the age of 16, should have fully completed both COVID-19 vaccination doses 14 days before taking part in the event. Furthermore adherence to 2 meter social distancing rules and wearing a mask at all times (unless engaged in a sports activity).
For venue admission, kindly present the ALHOSN app or vaccination card.

- Fees are non-refundable.All entry fees are non-refundable and at the discretion of the event organiser.
If the athlete is unable to participate on race day due to any reason:
- the athlete can get a refund of the race entry up to 7 days before the event (subject to a 10% administration fee); or
- the athlete can transfer the race entry to a fellow athlete before the registration closing date (subject to terms of service and subject to the prevailing registration fee on the day of transfer)
Furthermore, this event is subject to refunds as follows:
- for refunds related to cancelled events, we will contact you and issue a refund automatically.
- for refunds related to rescheduled events, we will contact you with the new date and time ASAP. In case you can't make the event, refunds will be done upon request.
- Store purchases are excluded from refunds.
- All refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee.
